Donoho and unanimously carried, the WERE APPROVED <br />Ren al Rehab Program Guidelines were <br />on bid opening of February 6, <br />ve to Disposition Parcel 2 -6C <br />.1 Downtown Urban Renewal Area. <br />1984 <br />n the <br />Mrs Kolata explained that one bid was <br />received for Disposition Parcel 2 -6c on <br />February 6, 1984, from Sheffers & Peters <br />Advertising Agency in the amount of $7,500.00. <br />The minimum offering price was $7,312.50. <br />Sheffers & Peters have proposed to use the lot <br />in conjunction with the <br />restoration/rehabilitation of the building <br />loatted at 115 W. Colfax which would be used <br />for the housing of Sheffers & Peters <br />Advertising Agency. Sheffers & Peters plan is <br />to improve the parcel for customer and <br />emp oyee parking and the improvements would <br />include resurfacing, additional drywells for <br />surface water retention, landscaping the west <br />boundaries, striping the lot and attempt to <br />make the traffic flow to the north entrance of <br />the building where they would be doing the <br />re ilitation. <br />The staff recommendation is that the <br />CormLission award the parcel to Sheffers & <br />Peters Advertising but be directed not to <br />close on the sale of the parcel until Sheffers <br />& Peters has closed on the purchase of the <br />Ms. Schwartz noted that the bid is in the name <br />of Commmique, Inc., and Sheffers & Peters is <br />their business name. <br />The motion was made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried that the <br />bid be awarded to Communique, Inc., <br />conditioned upon their closing and acquiring <br />title of the real estate at 115 W. Colfax. <br />f.
