South Bend Regular Me 5. PUBLIC a. Co a. elopment Commission - August 26, 1983 (Cont.) Mrs Kolata explained that there are two minor changes to the development plan. One is the addition of Parcel #4 -2 to the acquisition list. The other change is to the design review committee whereby the committee will exist of five members including the Executive Director of Redevelopment as Chairman, the Cit Engineer, the Director of the St. Joseph Cowity Area Plan Commission, the City Building Commissioner and one member appointed by the Redevelopment Commission. This will be the core of the Design Review Committee. To this ccmmittee the Commission will then also appoint two individuals from the Monroe Sample Development Area who will vote on all matters pe ining to Monroe Sample. Mr. Nimtz asked if there were any objections to receiving the Finding of Facts. There were no objections heard. The chair received the Finding of Facts and placed them in the record. . Mr. Nimtz opened the hearing to questions by the Commission. There were no questions. He then opened the hearing to questions by the public. There were no questions. Mr. Nimtz stated that the Public Hearing was concluded for whatever action the Commission desires to take. The motion was made by Ms. Auburn to adopt the Finding of Facts and pass Resolution No. 688. The motion was seconded by Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried. Comiii.ssion approval requested for awarding the following bid and approving the following loan in connection with the Affordable Loan Program in accordance with the recommendation from the Bureau of Housing. -5- FINDING OF FACTS REGARDING THE MONROE SAMPLE DEVELOP - MENT AREA WERE ADOPTED AND RESOLUTION NO. 688 WAS PASSED.
