Mr. Hunt explained <br />that due to the new state law on conflict of <br />int rest, Mr. Collier is ineligible for the <br />loan due to his employment in the Community <br />Development Program. <br />The application of Bruce and Janet Collier in AFFORDABLE LOAN APPLICATION <br />co ection with the Affordable Loan Program OF BRUCE AND JANET COLLIER <br />was officially withdrawn. WAS OFFICIALLY WITHDRAWN <br />FROM THE AGENDA <br />b. Elmer <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by 14s. Auburn and unanimously carried, a <br />con ract in the amount of $4,300 for Deborah <br />Kin sberry, 725 N. Elmer, was approved and <br />awarded to Bockaj Construction Company. <br />7. New Bus ness <br />a.
