Childs and Associates for <br />iverbend Plaza Enhancement Project but <br />rior to authorization to proceed that <br />he <br />meet with the staff and Commissioners con- <br />cerning <br />certain legal matters. <br />pon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki and seconded <br />y Mr. Robinson and unanimously carried, the <br />notion <br />was approved. <br />Commission <br />action on bid received for Dis- <br />osition Parcel #10 in the Monroe Sample <br />Development <br />Area. <br />Hunt explains that parcel 10 is located <br />Mr. <br />in <br />the southeast of the Monroe Park area it <br />is <br />a parcel that Holladay Corporation has bid <br />on <br />for the construction of approximately <br />30,000 <br />sq. ft. of light industrial - commercial <br />office <br />space. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Robinson and seconded <br />by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />1 <br />w!bid for Parcel #10 was approved. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for Resolution <br />N <br />. 680 approving the fair market-re -use value <br />of <br />land within the Monroe Sample Development <br />Area; <br />Kolata gave a overview of parcel 7 on the <br />Ms. <br />map <br />and explained that we have completed the <br />p <br />rchase of that property and we would like to <br />establish <br />the fair market -re -use value which is <br />tie <br />purpose of this resolution. <br />U <br />on a motion made by Mr.Robinson and seconded <br />by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />fair <br />market -reuse value for parcel #7 was estab- <br />lished. <br />C <br />mmission authorization requested to publish <br />N <br />tice of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcel #7 <br />ii <br />the Monroe Sample Development Area with publi- <br />cation <br />dates to be June 3 and 10, 1983 and <br />r <br />cei t of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on June 20, <br />19 <br />83. <br />-6- <br />
