Amount $310.00 Mr. Hunt. asked that a bid by Cannady Tree Service for work to be done at 404 E. Indiana for a Kathy D. Simpson be awarded to them as they were the low bid. Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Piasecki, and unanimously carried the bid was awarded to Cannady Tree Service. d. Commission approval requested for Rental Rehab Proqram Guidelines. ion of Mr. Hunt gave a brief introduction stating that several years ago that South Bend was one of few communities in the country to receive approval to run a demonstration program. We have been under the demonstration phase for sometime now and we think we have done a good job with the demonstra- tion phase. He wanted to adopt an ongoing local program that Janet Holston would be running. Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson and seconded by Mr. Piasecki,. Mr. Hunt explained that we had $100,000 to start with and now we are up to $122,000 and that we had received two awards of national merit from the Department of Housing Urban Development.
