We also received a proposal <br />from Jim Childs and Associates in the amount <br />of $2,483.75. <br />Mr. Robinson moved and Mr. Piasecki seconded <br />the motion to enter into an agreement with <br />Mathew- Purucker and Anella for the prepara- <br />tion and specifications in anticipation_ for <br />receiving bids for exterior restoration of <br />Max's Grocery in Monroe Park, and it was unani- <br />mously carried. <br />NEW <br />BUSINESS <br />Commission approval re guested for the proposal <br />a. <br />in connection with the South Bend Home Improve- <br />ment Loan Program. <br />Name <br />Contractor Amount <br />Oph <br />lia Pates Jurtin Const. Thomas for Ophelia Pates.
