PUBLIC WARING (Continued) Mr. Ford introduced himself, Mr. Don Larimore, Secretary of St. Joseph Tower, Inc. and Admin- istrator of St. Joseph Medical Center; Sister Eileen Wrobleski, Assistant Administrator of St. Joseph Medical Center; and Mr. Dan Brewer, Trust Off'cer at St. Joseph Bank & Trust Company. They made themselves available to answer any questions tha the Commission or members of the public may have relating to the former Quality Inn site. Mr. Ford entered three (3) letters of support into the record from the Executive Director of United Hea th Services, Executive Director of Madison Center, and from the Chairman of the Board of Ro rtsons. Mrs Kolata read the following letters: January 3, 1983 TO HOM IT MAY CONCERN: LETTER FROM BARBARA ROCKAVMY, EXECUTIVE I am pleased to hear of the proposed plan of St. DIRECTOR, UNITED HEALTH Joseph Medical Center to convert the Quality Inn SERVICES, WAS RECEIVED into housing for the elderly and disabled. There AND PLACED ON FILE is special need for affordable housing which has bee adapted for the handicapped and hopefully thi project will respond to this need. The location will provide easy access to shopping and medical care. Also, the renovation of this bui ding should enhance the downtown area.
