Corson <br />Cha rman <br />Ms�Auburn asked the status of the Common Council <br />pr educes. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that the issue before us today <br />is ust the land use plan for that block and that we <br />are not dealing specifically with the proposal of St. <br />Joseph Tower, Inc.
