This will allow <br />those Who are pursuing the judicial process a fair op- <br />portunity to be heard, before the building is demolished. <br />I still believe that the majority of the Council members <br />are in avor of waiting and giving one last opportunity <br />to thos who wish to develop the building. <br />Sincerely, <br />S/ <br />Lewis A.
