TRANSPO does not require the 67' x 132' corner. Clearly there is no clear need and what is the big rush to get it down right now? Let's preserve and - continue to use the Odd Fellows Building right in the heart of South Bend. Let's showcase our spirit in economically and responsibly tying in the old with the new!
