Improvement Resolution. #160.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improv-
<br />ment be made of the kind. sixe, location and terminal points as follows: Cement walks on
<br />S. Chapin -street, in front of -Ill of lots 109 11, 129 13 in Perkins Sub-div. of B.O.-Lot
<br />+76, owned by .Catherine Lederer. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the
<br />the "S. Chapin st. special walks" and shall be constructed according to the plans and
<br />specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice. of this res-
<br />olution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on
<br />on the 10ths and on the 17th. days of Sept., 1903, in the. South aend Daily:Times and

<br />with a 72" seer to Wilber st., thence west on Fassnact ave. to Johnson st. with a 66"
<br />sewer, thence south on Johnson i.16.Kea#aod avenue with a 66" sewer, together with
<br />necessary appurtenances shown on plans. Said improvement shall be known and desinnated
<br />as the Fassnacht avenue Trunk Sewer".. and shall be constructed according tar;., -,the plans
