The Grant Program bid award was rescinded and the awa d was made to Charles Brown Maintenance Co., Inc b. Commission ratification requested for 312 Loan a ication and proposal previously approved for approximately 4,000.00, now revised to $3,610.0 for Michele Pietraszewski. On a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Robinson and unanimously carried, the request for app oval for the 312 Loan for Michele Pietraszew- ski was approved in the amount of $3,610.00. c. Co ission approval requested to amend the Section 312 Loan a lications as art of the Rental Reha- bil tation Demonstration Project. Mr. McMahon stated that as a result of discussions and reviews that we have had with HUD on the Rental Reh bilitation.Demonstration Project, the 312 Loan app l 1 ications have been modified to reflect the re- hab costs of each individual unit rather than for the project as a whole, and the Commission was asked to Opprove these revisions. On it motion by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the request to amend 312 Loan applications for the Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration Project was approved. d. CoW scion appro The American Cit al requested for an agreement with Corporation relative to Century Mr. McMahon stated that after negotiations with The American City Corporation we now have a contract for their services in preparing a study update in con- junction with the development of office and retail space in downtown South Bend.
