Com ission approval requested for a Non - Profit Re- <br />habilitation Grant to Phoenix'House, Inc., in the <br />amo nt of $10,000.00 'for a house located at 3519 <br />C awa <br />venue. <br />Mrs. Baumgartner explained that at the last Commis- <br />sion meeting we extended the boundaries of the non- <br />profit group program to include any congregate home <br />located in the City of South Bend, and at that time <br />indicated that Phoenix House had presented such an <br />application to us. We have processed this applica- <br />tioi and the Advisory Board has met, recommending we <br />award a grant to Phoenix House. They will pay the <br />amo nt in excess of the $10,000.00 grant.
