We have had only one default and <br />we are processing the next one. <br />Up n a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. <br />Do aldson and unanimously carried, the Homesteading <br />Ag eements were approved as listed above. <br />e. Co mission approval re uested to execute a contract <br />wi h T. Brooks Brademas pur8uAnt to'the Rental'Reha <br />De onstration Program in the amount of 210;335.00. <br />Mr. McMahon explained that we previously received <br />bids from a number of individuals with respect to the <br />Rental Rehab Program. Mr. T. Brooks Brademas was <br />awarded fifteen (15) units and has gone through all <br />of the HUD paperwork and is now ready to execute a <br />ma ter contract for the entire program. That con- <br />tract is in the amount of $210,335..00. Mr. Brademas <br />ex ects to start on these buildings Monday. All <br />fifteen units are located on the southeast side and <br />will be fully rehabed. There are Section 8 certi- <br />fi ates that accompany them. It's really a new pro - <br />gr m, one which we hope will be successful in the <br />So th Bend area. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, the contract with <br />T. Brooks Brademas in the amount of $210,335.00 was <br />approved. <br />9 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED HOME- <br />STEADING AGREEMENTS <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CON- <br />TRACT WITH T.
