M. <br />Dix Associates, Inc., relating to East Bank and <br />Monroe-Sample Development Areas. <br />Mr. McMahon explained that the Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion currently has a contract with S. M. Dix <br />Associates, Inc., for business appraisals in both <br />the Monroe - Sample and East Bank Development areas. <br />We have found less activity required at this point <br />in the East Bank area and more in the Monroe- Sample <br />area and, therefore, would like the dollars pre- <br />viously approved for East Bank adjusted for use in <br />Monroe-Sample. <br />On notion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Donald- <br />son and unanimously carried, an amendment to Agreement <br />for Professional Services with S.
