Commission approval requested for Agreement for <br />Pro essional Services with Peggy Forrest in con <br />nec ion with the Monroe-Sample Development Area. <br />Mr. McMahon explained that there i:sa need to bring <br />in ome outside assistance on a temporary basis in <br />order to handle property closings in the Monroe- <br />Sample area. Both Judith K. Rosheck and Peggy <br />Forrest are licensed realtors. Compensation will <br />be 50 per closing. <br />On motion made by-Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Ms. <br />Aub rn and unanimously carried, Agreements for Pro - <br />fes ional Services with Judith K. Rosheck and Peggy <br />For est were approved. <br />g. The lease allows for these individuals to re- <br />main in their homes until we have successfully completed <br />the relocation process and establishes the amount of each <br />individual lease and the date of the first payment, which <br />in this case is September 1, 1981.
