Com <br />ission approval requested for an amendment <br />to <br />he —"Agreement for Professional Services" <br />with <br />S. M. Dix & Associates, Inc. <br />Mr. <br />McMahon requested an amendment to the S. M. <br />Dix <br />contract, expanding it to include the Monroe <br />Sam <br />le area in order to get immovable fixture <br />appraisals <br />for two commercial properties on the <br />acq <br />isition list, Carlton Plumbing and Universal <br />Pai <br />ting. <br />Ms. <br />Auburn made a motion to amend the Agreement <br />for <br />Professional Services with S. M.
