Mr. McMahon: The next five items on the agenda are al o related to the Monroe- Sample area. The first is item (b). We have asked the Abstract Company of St. Joseph County Inc. to abstract the area east of fellows and south of Bronson. We have received a quotation from them for that work but they have come back and asked if we would consider a modification on the Franklin Sc ool property. When they got into the title search, th y found 29 chains of title with respect to that pr perty. Mr. Nimtz; That was bought in various little parcels, it was not bought in one lump purchase. Mr . Kolata: Evidently. The school appears to be on on lot, but the playground is made up of many smaller to s. Mr. Nimtz: The playground was put together piece by pi ce. It has been an unusual abstracting job and very time consuming. I highly recommend to the Com- mission that we approve this amendment. Mrd. Kolata: It adds an additional $200.00.
