NEW BUSIINESS <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />ission approval requested for "Agreements <br />Professional Services" regarding the Monroe <br />- <br />e Area. <br />Mr. McMahon: I am requesting that the next four <br />items be considered at the same time, as they are <br />all Agreements for Professional Services to do <br />appraisal work in the Monroe - Sample area. <br />We reviewed the list of appraisers that are avail- <br />able to us and selected six people to do appraisals <br />in the area. We have four of those contracts listed <br />on the agenda but we have two additional ones that <br />were overlooked, and I am not certain as to whether <br />or not it would be proper for the Commission to add <br />th se and consider them as well this morning or <br />wh ther we would have to wait for a second agenda in <br />th t regard. Mr. Nimtz, what would you suggest? <br />Mr. Nimtz: They are all the same except a change <br />of name? <br />Mrsj. Kolata: Yes, they are. <br />Mr Nimtz: We can consider all of them at this <br />ti e. <br />Mr. McMahon: The four that you have listed on the <br />agenda are for Dennis J. Dillman, Esther Powers, <br />Richard E. McCloskey and Jerome E. Michaels. The <br />two that we do not have are for Ralph Lauver and <br />John Pence. <br />Mrs. Kolata: I would state that the contract calls <br />for all of the work to be completed by the end of <br />March of this year. We are paying $60.00 for an <br />appraisal on a vacant lot, $225.00 for a single <br />family appraisal and $325.00 for a commercial or <br />multi - family structure appraisal. <br />Mr. Nimtz: This was discussed with me last week and <br />it meets with my approval as to these people. They <br />are all qualified and I think most of them have done <br />work in that area before. <br />Do I hear a motion for the approval of these Agree- <br />me is for Professional Services with Dillman, Powers, <br />Mc loskey, Michaels, Pence and Lauver? <br />
