Donaldson: Are they going to <br />sell ything other than coffee? <br />Mr. Horton: No. <br />Mr. N tz: Are they going to sell any <br />food? <br />Mr. Horton: Not any heavy type cooking. <br />They might sell sandwiches. <br />Ms. rbeck: Do they have to get <br />approval from the Board of Health? <br />Mr. Ellison: I don't see how they can <br />afford to operate this business. <br />Mr. N tz: We have mentioned this a <br />few times. We have interest of food <br />establishments arriving in town and <br />we have had a few concerns. It takes <br />money to have hot water a certain <br />degree, a three compartment sink, etc. <br />Mr. Donaldson: With the three compart- <br />ment sink it is not necessary to have the <br />maximiun hot degree. <br />Mr. Ellison: Between fixtures, equipment, <br />and repairs, it becomes necessary to obtain <br />a health permit. I don't see how on earth <br />they dould do it and make money. <br />Mrs. olata: Especially on a short -term <br />lease. <br />Mr. N' tz: What is the street address <br />on this? <br />Mrs. olata: This is Parcel #9 -25, the <br />Lerne 's Shop.
