The contract is for a six month period beginning June 1, running until the end of the year. Their compensation for this would be $3,500.00 per month plus some reimbursements which are fairly standard. The minimum fee they would receive is $10,000. Based on our discussions with them, we are cognizant that if they begin J e 1, within an eight week period they will generate enough information where they can tell us in their o inion whether or not this project as we can see to this point will work. We will then have an opportunity to react. In any event, I think that the company w'll 'do at least $10,000 worth of work der any circumstances, so I would not let the minimum fee consideration be an impediment to its approval.
