Mrs. Kolata: I wanted to bring the Commission up to date on the status of ou contract with Kirchner & Moore from Denver, Colorado. They have been helping us with the tax incremental financing in terms of the state le islature which was recently passed, etc. However, a month or so ago the in ividual who is working with us on this contract (John Goemans) left Kirchner & Moore and since that time they have not replaced him with anyone else. It is our feeling that we would like to formally write to Kirchner & Moore and ask them to name a replacement and identify where we staid in relation to the contract and let then know that if somebody is not named to replace Mr. Goemans that we would like to terminate the contract. We would like permission.from the Commission to sen6 such a letter. The Chair directed that the Redevelopment Staff send a letter to Kirchner & Moore in relation to replacing Mr. John Goemans, the person who was working with Redevelop- ment on tax incremental financing, subject to egal counsel review. 8. NEXT CO"ESSION MEETING Mr. Nim z: The 4th of July falls on a Friday, therefore, the Chair would like to recommend that the meetings for July be set for July 11, 1980 and July 25, 1980. Mr. Don ldson made a motion to set the meeting dates f r the South Bend Redevelopment Commission for JuW 11, 1980 and July 25, 1980, at 10:00 A.M., s conded by Mr. Robinson, and the motion was un imously carried.
