COT"ICATIONS (continued) <br />Mr. Daniel Pfeifer: I received a phone call from <br />the Redevelopment staff indicating that their <br />records reflected that the Dept. of Redevelopment <br />did not own the property, therefore, I did not do <br />any further investigating at this time. <br />The Chair directed that both letters be received <br />and placed on file pending any further information <br />recei ed from the St. Joseph County Health Depart- <br />ment. <br />S. OLD BUSINESS <br />There as no old business to present to the Commission. NO OLD BUSINESS WAS <br />PRESENTED TO THE <br />COMMISSION <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. C6immission approval requested for a grant in the <br />Sjuth Bend; IncTiana; a nbt-forwprbfit corporation, <br />for repairs and improvements on a House located at <br />qI s. Baumgartner: The house located at 811 North <br />Allen Street had an estimated cost of repairs of <br />$10,323.95. The limit on a not - for - profit group <br />for financing is $8,000.00, therefore Renew, Inc. <br />will absorb the remaining costs of repair. <br />Paula Auburn: Is there someone who owns the <br />h use currently, and is living in it? <br />Mrs. Baumgartner: I believe they have -someone <br />in mind. <br />M * Hill: Renew, Incorporated currently owns it. <br />W are going to be selling it on land contract, <br />a are <br />repairs are made, to a low income family. <br />Nimtz: I believe all of you are acquainted <br />th Renew, Inc.
