Litter from Sweeney, Butler & Simeri, Attorne s <br />le Park <br />Mrs. Kolata: You will notice from this letter <br />at we do not own the above mentioned property. <br />r attorney, Mr. Daniel Pfeifer, has sent a <br />1 tter to Dr. James McCraley of the St. Joseph <br />C unty Health Department, responding to this <br />c rtified letter, advising him that our records <br />dicate that the Department of Redevelopment <br />d es not own the property mentioned, as we sold <br />t e property in 1968 to LaSalle Park Homes, Inc. <br />Mr. Nimtz: I am uncertain about what has occurred. <br />Mrs. Kolata discussed this matter with me during <br />the week and perhaps the buyer didn't place their <br />d ed on record, which sometimes happens in selling <br />a piece of real estate.
