IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 108. RESOLVED BY TiJ -�BOARD OF PUBLIC W&-RKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAI A: That an improve n�* the kind, size, location ancl terminal points as follows The construction of a cement sidewalk along the northwest side of Hydraulic Aveme from LaSalle Avenue to the bridge over the East Race • Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Hydraulic Avenue Talks" and shall be constructed accortlingto the plans and spe ci ications prepared by the City Civil En- gineer,filed herewith • Notice of this 37esolution and proposals for bids for the exe- cution of the above work shall be published on the day of Sept,and on the 9 day of Sept,1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bernl Daily Times • This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 16 day of Sept •1902 at 7:15 P .M .,and will re ce ive bids up to 10 A -M, on the 22 day of Sept,1902 .
