The Board having ascertained that certain persons hold Mortgages, against the Peck p rope rty re cennt ly condemned ' unde r. Conde mnat ion No. 7,it was decided that not only said mortgagees but el so all lien holders should have been made parties 'to the proceed- ings in the first place . The following described p ropWrty may be injuriously or benefi- cially affected by such app rop riat ion; The above described Bank OutlotsNo . 120 and 125 of the Thi Al Addition of Outlots of the State Bank of Indiana.
