Turned over to County Recorder for record, Engineer reported specifications for grading anti constructing cement curbing on High Street from Sample Street to Dubail Avenue;also for cement walks on Hydraulic Avenue from -LaSalle Avenue to the bridge over the East Race . IMPROVELENT %SOLUTION NO. 107. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF TM CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That an improvement be made of the kind, sizes location and terminal points as fol- lows: The grading and construction of cement curbing on High Street from Sample Street to Dubail Avenue • Said improvement shall beknown and designated as "High Street Grading and Curb",and shell be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith . Notice of this Resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above w3tz'k shall be published on the 2 da.y of Sept, and on the 9 day of Sept,1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a. hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 16 day of Sept,1902 at 7:15 p.M.,and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 22 day of Se pt,1902 .
