314 June e6 -- 19.02,-„ , : IMPROVEMNT RESOLUTION NO. 75.• , . Resolved by the. Board of Public Works_ of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading and the construction of cement walks and curbs on "E" street from Michigan Avenue to the north end of "E" street . Said improvement shall be known and designated as"E street" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the exe-- ution of thit above work shall be published on the 7 day of June and on the 14 day of June 1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a_ hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 24 day of June 1902, at. 7' 7 5 P. M. and will re ee ive bids up to 10-A. MI. on the 1 day of July 1902. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the rind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading.; Elmira street and constructing cement walks and curbs on said street from Ilichi gan to' - Fellows streets. Saidimprovement shall be known and designated as `Elmira Street" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.
