Jefferson street from Michigan to St. Joseph and from <br />Vistula Avenue to the Bridge. The brick paving of the lst alley east of Michigan street <br />from Vistula Avenue to Jefferson and the alley running east from this alley to St. Joseph <br />street. The Witherill street cement walk from Michigan Avenue to the south end of the <br />of lop to <br />street. The E" street grade, curb and walk from Michigan Avenue to the north end <br />" <br />street. The Elmira street grade, curb and walk from Michigan to .Fellows street. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 72. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind2 size location and terminal points as follows:The <br />relaying of the brick pavement on East Jefferson street between Michigan street and the <br />Jefferson street bridge, excepting the block from the west side of SL. Joseph street to <br />the west line of Vistula Avenue. Said improvement shall be designated as Resurfacing <br />E. Jefferson street" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications <br />prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and'.pro- <br />posals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 7 day of <br />June and. on the 14 day of June 19022 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend <br />Daily Times. This Board will wive a hearing onthis resolution at its office in the City <br />Hall on the 24 day of June 1902 at 7:15 P.
