Siders Bros -notified to investigate broken curb on College Street near F assnacht Avenue Engineer requested to prepare specifications for cement walks and curbs on Miner Street between St -Louis and St -Peter Street omitting intersections. Engineer reported g-rades- for Bowman Street from Michigan Street to mellows Street and Witwer Avenue and Carroll Street -Grades were approved and: ordered placed of record. The Board made a final trip to Wenger Street to look at the curbing -and de- cided that the same would not be accepted without further improvements be ing made. Engineer requested- to point out the defects again to the Contractor. PROVE LZINT RE SOLUTION NO.83. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; The construction of a cement walk on West LaSalle Avenue in front ofa of S esl n6 kted and Ci6 Cobb's Subdivision of Bank Outlot 30. Said improvement shall be known s "La Salle ;:venue Special Walk" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith -Notice of the re solut ion and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shell be p`ub -lisped on the 28 day of June and on the 5. day of July,19fl2 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times -This Board will give a hearing on this, resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 15 day of July,1902, at 7 :15 p.m., and will receive bids up to 10 a.m. on the 29 day of July,1902.
