No rem monstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed• the assessment rolls filed on May 29,1902 and tip -- final estimates allowed on the same date are the re fore confirmed. ?earing upon the following improvements; East Jefferson Street resurfacing, ""Michigan Street alley paving, Witherill Street walks,E. Street;radirig,curb and walks; Elmira street grading, curb and walks, Napier Street pipe sewer,Rush Street pipe sewer, Elder Street. pipe sewer, and Scott Street pipe sewer,under Improvement Resolutions Nos.72-80 inclusive, respec-tively. The Engineer filed the estimated costs of the above- improvements as follows East Jefferson Street 1212.00 11ichigan Street alleys 1239.65 Witherill Street 662.00 E. Street 1190.00 Elmira Street, 26o7.20 Napier Street 757.00 Rush Street 2179#00 Elder Street 1670090 Scott Street 957.40 The following remonstrances were filed; 1-' A rmmonstrance of all interested property owners between Vistula Avenue and the bdidge was filed; accordingly the Board modify improvement Resolution No.72 _ by omitting that part of the work, and as modified the Board find that it should be confirmed. No other remonstrances were filed And no remonstrators appeared as to any of the above improvements. The . Roard find that the benefits including the benefits to the City are severally and in each case equal to the estimated cost of the improvements. Accordingly all of the above improvement Resolutions are confirmed. President .
