�I IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 86. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana:That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as foll:o• s' : The con- struction of cement walks on William Street in front of Lots 6.7, and 8 Block 2. Vail's Addition. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "William Street.Special Walk" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Enuineer, filed herewith -Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the _2 8 day of June and on the 5 day of July,1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 15 day of July,1902 at 7:15 p.m. sand will rece ive bids up to 10 a.m. on the 29 day of July) 1902 .
