Ladies of South Bend Court No4,41 T. B. H. granted permission to use Howard Park on Wednesday August 14, for social. M Engineer reported grades as follows: - Huron street from Pulaski to Olive. Olive street from Division to Ford. Phillipa street from Division to Ford. Carlisle street from Division street to Ford. Warren street from Division street to Ford. Grant street .from Division street to Ford. -Lincoln street from Division street to. Ford. Jackspn street from Division street-;to_'Fa±d• Pulaski street from Division street to Ford. the above grades are hereby approved, adopted and filed. Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the following improvements: Howard Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 21, Dore Avenue under Improvement Resolu- tion No.,26. Bartlett street under Improvement Resolution No. 25; Resolved that notices_. as to amount of assessments be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the -South Bend Daily Times for six succes sive days beginning on the 14t),i day of August 1901, stati- ing that this Board will give a hearing as to amount of assessments on the 27th day of August 1901 at 7:15 P. M. Resolved also that the entire work under the contracts for the above improvements be accepted and approved and the final estimates therefor allowed. Not- ice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South .Bend Daily Times on the 15th-and 22nd days of August 1901, stating that this Board will give a hearing upon the acceptance of such estimates on the 27th day of August 1901 at 7:15 P. M. President.
