JUNE 6. 1901. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7tho day of June-' and on the I4th. day of June, 1901. in the South Bend Iyaily Tribune -This board., at its office in the City Hall will give 4 hearing and will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings, on the 25th. day of June I90I at P.M. Contract for Saint Peter street sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 19 awarded to L. H. Webster. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 2. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: Bi 'g .jng at the south west 0 orne r of lot 26 in the South Bend Manufacturing . Company' s Addition to the.'own now City of South Bend,running thence north I7.75 degrees east II-25 feet .thence north II degrees east 52.I feet to a point distant south 72 degrees east 14 feet from angle in west side of lot , thence north I8 degrees east 58.6 feet parallel with and distant at right angles 14 feet from the west l-ine of the lot, thence north 50 degrees west parallel with Vistula Avenue I5.I feet to the west line- of the lot, thence south 18 degrees west 64.3 feet to the angle in the west side of the lot , thence south 66 feet to place of beginning ; the property of Thomas J. Taylor, Edmund P. Taylor anf Martha J. Barnes. siblowing described property will be injuriously affected by the proposed tion! Lot 26 in The South Bend Manufacturing Company's Addition to the Town now City of South Bend; the property of the Taylor's above mentioned. The following described property will be beneficially affected Lot 25 in the South Bend Manufacturing Company's Addition to the Town now City of South Bend; the property of the City ,of South Bend. Lot I01 in the original plat of the Town now City of South Bend;the property of The Muessel Brewing Company.
