Continuing bonds of Be Thomas Beardsley and Ransom Z. Snell.approved. Contract with B. Thomas Beardsley for water connections on Water street from Michigan street to Taylor street, signed. Corrected plat of A. G. ,Cushingts Addition to South. Bend, including lots 122 to `145, approved and copy filed. Assessment roll for cement sidewalks and cement curbs on Osborn street filed. Contract completed. Resolved that the entire work under the contract be accepted and appro- ved and the final estimate therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the, South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 8 day of June,1901, .stating that on June 25, 1901, at 7:15 P.M. this board. will give a hearing on this resolution Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments forthe above improvement be pub- lished for 6 successive days beginning on June 8 1901 in the South Bend Daily TRibune and in . the South Bend Dally Times, and that a hearing as to amount of assessment be given on the 25 day of June, 1901, at 7:15 P.M. Assessment roll for cement sidewalks and cement curbs on George Avenue filed. Contract completed. Also to prep- are specifications for a pipe sewer on East Colfax Avenue from the west line of St. Peter 61 street to Emerick street.
