VACATION RESOLUTION N0, 3. Resolved by the Board of Public storks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is desirable to vacate the following : Beginning at the south east corner of lot 3 in Vinson`s Subdivision of lot J in the City of South Bend Indiana, thence south along the west lane c of Saint Joseph -street 13.06 feet thence north 50 degrees west one hundred eight and seventy five hundredths ( I08.75) feet parallel with and distant ten (I0) feet at right angles from the pre sent north line of Vistula Avenue, thence north 13.05 feet to the west end of lot I in the same subdivision, thence south 50 degrees east one hundred eight 'and seventy five hundredths (108*75) feet on the north line of Vistula Avenue to the place of beginning. The above being the property of Charles Vinson#subject to, the easement of said city., and lying within Vistula Avenue. Also beginning at the south west corner of lot I0I in the original plat of the Town now City Of South Bend, thence south on the east line of Saint Joseph street 13.05 feet,thence south 50 degrees east 202 feet 6.$; inches parallel with and distant IO feet at right angles from the present north line of Vistula Avenue, thende north 40 degrees east IO feet to a point north 50 degrees wrest 2I feet IO inches from the original south east corner of lot 101 in the original plat of the Town now City of South Bend, thence north 50 degrees west 202 feet 6.8' inches to the place of beginning. The above being the. property of The Muessel Brewing Company;*ubject to the easement -of said city, and lying within Vistula Avenue. � Also beginning at the south east corner of lot 25 in the South Bend Manufacturing Company's Addition to South Bend, thence south 40 degrees west IO feet, thence north 50 degrees west parallel with and 10 feet at right angles from the north line of Vistula Avenue 116 feet and 10 inches, thence north 40 degrees east ILA feet to the north line of Vistula Avenue, thence south 50 degrees east IIE feet and IO inches along the north line of Vistula to the place of beginning. The above being the property of the City of South Bendflying within Vistula Avenue. No property will be -injuriously affected by the proposed vacation. The following described property will be beneficially affected Lots one (I) , two (2) and three (3) in Vinson's subdivision of lot J; the property of Charles Vinson. Lot one hundred one ( ICI) in the original plat of the Town now City ^of South Bend; the property of The Muessel Brewing Company. Lot 25 in the South Bend Manufacturing Company's Addition to the City of South Bend. Part of lot 101 in the original plat of the 'down now City of South Bend described as follows: beginning at the south east corner -of said lot, thence north 50 degrees west 21 feet and IO inches along the north line of Vistula Avenue, thence north 40 degrees east to `intersect .- the west line of lot 25 in The South Bend Manufacturing' Company' s Addition to South Bend, thence south to the place of beginning; the property of the City of South Bend.
