Common Council at meeting of June 24, 1901, having adopted the report of this <br />board as to sewer and water connections on Napier street from Scott to Chapin streets, <br />ordered that notices to property owners on such street be published in the South Bend <br />Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 27th and 28th days of June, 19019 <br />stating that 20 days will be allowed such owners to put such connections in before the <br />putting in of the same by the City. <br />Grand Trank and Three I R: R. notified to remove obstructions on Ford street <br />crossing of their tracks. <br />Permission granted to Royal Neighbors of America to hold a lawn social in Howard <br />Park on June 29, 1901• <br />Bond of William Draper approved. <br />President. <br />
