IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 29. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Paving with brick the first alley east of Michigan street from Vistula Avenue to Jefferson street -Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Michigan. Street Alley" and shall be construct- ed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 26 day of June and on the 3 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times+ This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at iys office in the City Hall on the 16 day of July 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 23 day of July 1901. Indiana: Thatw.an improvement be'made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The paving of rapier street with brick from the west line of Scott to the east line of Chapin streets.. Also the construction of cement sidewalks on each side of Napier street between the same points. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Napier Street Brick" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed -herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 26 day of June and on the 3 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing. on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 16 day of July 1901, at 7:15 P-M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 23 day of July 1901. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The constr- uction of cement curbing on West Division street, except where sufficient curbs are already in, from the west line of Michigan street to the east line of Olive street. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "Division Street Curbs, and shall be constructed acc- ording to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 26 day -of June and on the 3 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 16 day of Jult 1901, at 7:15 P•Y., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 23 day of July 1901• President.
