JUNE 4. 1901 <br />Resolved that the entire work under the contract for sewer connections on north <br />Lafayette street from Colfax Avenue to Navarre street be accepted and approved and the <br />final estimate therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South <br />.Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on <br />thea5 day of June 1901.' This board will give a hearing on this resolution on the 18 day of <br />June 1901 at 7:15 P.M. Assessment roll for above work filed. Notice as to amount of assess— <br />ments shall be published at the same dates as the above notice of final estimate and thds <br />board will give a hearing as to the amount of assessments on the 18 day of June 1901 at <br />7:15.P•M. <br />Plat of A. G. Cushing's Addition to South Bend including lots 122 to 145 approva► <br />ed, and copy filed. a <br />Petition of property owners on west Madison street for a sewer commencing 115 <br />feet west of the -west line of Lafayette street to a manhole at the intersection .of Marion <br />and Madison streets, referred to the engineer for specifications. <br />Petition of property owners for vacation of the alley running from Cedar street <br />to South Bend Avenue between Hill and St. Louis streets,referred to.the engineer. for advice. <br />Resolved that plans be received by this board up to 9 A -Me of June 20,1901'fer <br />a central fire station. Sketches to be in black and white and to quarter inch scale of <br />front elevation, foundation, first and second floor plans, and a complete synopsis of spec— <br />cifications. The building shall not exceed $12000.00 in cost. Architect submitting accepted <br />plans will receive award; other architects will receive no compensation. Notice of this <br />resolution shall be published in the South Bend Tribune and Times on the 5 day of June 1901. <br />President. <br />40 <br />
