That part of the plat of Dubail's Second Addition to the City of South Bend, consisting of lots 55 to 62, fronting on South Michigan Street approved and copy of same piled. This Board however deem it desirable to postpone the confirmation of this condemnation resolution until Tuesday, June4th,. 1901, at 7:15 P*M* by which date due notice can be. given to Elisha Peck. and Hannah Peek as to the time of taking up this resolution and finally disposing of the same.
