Win "s LIM • Engineer reported plans and specifications for grading, cement curbing and side- walks on "C" Street and "D" Street in Cushings Addition from Michigan Avenue to the north end of said street. Bids received and opened for the improvement of West rater street, Sibley Ave- nue, and College street. Turned over to the Engineer for tabulation. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 23. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading the roadway of C street in Cushings Addition and the construction of cement curbs and sidewalks on "C" street from Michigan Avenue to the north end of "C" street. Said improve-. ment shall be known and designated as "C STREET IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer. filedhhere-- with. Notice of this resolution and prop.sals the execution of the above work shall be published on the 29 day of May and on the 5 day of June 1901, in the South Bend Daily Trib- une and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 18 day of June 1901, at 7:15 P.M. and will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 19 day of June 1901.
