Resolved by the Board of Public Works or the City of South Bend Indiana:That an improvement.be made -of the kinds size , location and terminal points as follows: Construction of a sewer on Saint Peter street from the north line o! Wayne street to the Je_-_'Parson st:-ee . eewer. Said improvemeiiL shall be known and designated as " Saint Peter Sewer ' "and shall be constructed aeco-ra-ing to the plans and specifications. prepared by the City Civil Engineer J. filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execut-ion fo the,above work shall be published on the I6th. day o8 Maya d on the 23rd. day of May 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in. the South Bend"DAlly Thep.-...This.board will give A hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th. day of June,I90I, at 7 : 15 P.R., and will receive bids up to IO A.M. on the 5th. day of June 1901. Resolved that the entire work under the contract for the grading of east Madison street From Saint Peter street to Notre Dame street be accepted and approved and the Final estimate allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend. Daily Tribune and in the Soutar Bend Daily Times on the :16th. day of May I90I, stating that on Tuesday May 28th. I90ISat 7.I5 P.M. this board at its office in the City Hall 'Will receive and hear objections from any person feeling himself aggrieved .or injured by the acceptance Of this Work or by this estimate. Hearing as to the amouUt of benefits on the Division street sewer, from Laurel street to Arnold street and from Walnut street to the Singer sewer. Assessment roll filed. No remonstrances. The board find that the assessment roll should be confirmed. Last hearing on the construction of cement sidewalks and cement curbs on south Main street from Broadway to Midway streets.
