1A. 1901 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 15. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind,sizeIlocation and terminal points as follows: The constructiao of cement curbs„ -,on north Michigan street, except where sufficient curbs are already in, from U the north line of eater street .to the St Joseph. Iivex. A]�so, the grading 'of, tie rQadw&y to the established grade between the above mentioned terminal points,and the pavement of the same with brick between the move i-ae:atia—e1:% torijair 1 p3ia;ts. Said improvement shall be known and designated as"NORTH MICHIGAN BRICK"and sha.11,be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, fled herowithe. Notice of this resolution and proposals forbids for the execution -of the above work shall be published on the 16 day of May and on the 23 day of May 1901,in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4 day of June 1901,at 7:15P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.N. on the llth day of June 1901.
