(dontinued) .... <br />t was noted that although F &F Electric was not awarded <br />he contract (noted at paragraph 6.b of these minutes), <br />ontract Set #SW /02, to refuse to approve this Change Order #1 <br />ith F &F Electric Company would delay work for the other <br />ontractors involved in the rehabilitation of the Southeast <br />eighborhood Center. <br />r. Robinson made a motion that Change Order #1 with F &F <br />lectric, Inc. for $1,900.00, at the address of 414 -416 <br />ast Wenger Street be approved, seconded by Mr. Cira, and <br />he motion was unanimously carried. <br />d. Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 571, approving <br />air reuse value of land and approving the reviewing appraiser's <br />eport in the downtown urban area in PrbJect Ind. R -66. <br />. Ellison: The staff recommends that this item be tabled, <br />cause the anticipated receipt of the review appraiser's <br />port from Mr. Jannotta in time for its review prior to the <br />eting did not materialize. <br />e Chair then directed that this item be placed on the agenda <br />r the next scheduled commission meeting. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORT <br />Mr. Ellison: The staff wishes to report on progress in the mall <br />project.
