A. Stickler Plumbing $ 4,341.00 <br />(plumbing contract) <br />Area Services, Inc. $ 6,634.00 <br />(heating contract) <br />r. Robinson noted that a few employee problems had arisen with <br />& F Electric, Inc. Therefore, it was decided to table the bid <br />rom F & F Electric, Inc. until the next Commi:ssi:on Meeting on <br />ebruary 2, 1979, thus, F &F is given time to clear up problems <br />ith this noted.... Mr. Robinson made a motion that the three <br />emaining contracts ( Plaia Construction Co. in the amount of <br />46,954.00, R.A. Stickler Plumbing in the amount of $4,341.00, <br />nd Area Services, Inc.._in the amount of $6,634.00) be awarded <br />ubject to legal counsel review, and South. Bend Common Council <br />pproval, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously <br />arried. <br />c. C mmission approval requested for Change Order #1; F &F Electric <br />ompany, for an increase in contract rice of $1,900 005, for <br />a amended contract total of 13,400.001, at the address of <br />414 -416 East Wenger Street, $outh`Bend, Lndi.ana. <br />Nile servicing the electrical requirements, F &F Electric <br />Company observed that extensive wiring previously hidden by <br />walls and ceilings were in violation of commercial building code. <br />-5- <br />APPROVAL OF <br />BID CONTRACTS <br />FOR CONTRACT <br />SET #SW /02 <br />CHANGE ORDER <br />#1 WITH F &F <br />ELECTRIC CO. <br />APPROVED <br />
