PROGgESS REPORT (continued) <br />Mr. utter: The negotiations with the property owners are proceeding <br />very well. Within the next two or three weeks we should have another <br />two or three properties closed. We are not running into any serious <br />road locks or problems. <br />Mr. llison: The only other report on the mall project is that we <br />are roceeding with some expedition and that the commission is <br />opti istic that we will continue to see some progress. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next regularly scheduled commission meeting will be held <br />on Fe ruary 2, 1979. <br />9.
