The Community Development <br />staff took the position that the Dept. of Redevelopment <br />as acted without error in acquisition process at this <br />oint and; thus, the complaint was considered to be invalid. <br />Community Development staff believes HUD will find the <br />response adequate and will drop the matter. <br />he Chair directed that this letter be received and placed <br />n file. <br />5.
