4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />Therelwere no communications to present to the Commission. <br />5. OLD BWSINESS <br />Therelwas no old business to present to the Commission. <br />6. NEW BWSINESS <br />Mr. E lison: There are two items I wish to present to the APPROVAL OF <br />Commi sion this morning. First, as you may recall, some A REVIEW <br />time igo, we ordered appraisals done on the following parcels: APPRAISAL OF <br />2 -13, 4 -1, 4 -31, 4 -32, 8 -9, and 8 -11. These appraisals are SIX PARCELS <br />curre tly completed, but are in need of a review appraisal. <br />Mr. Brownell has made contact with Mr. Nicholas Jannotta <br />regarding a review appraisal. However, staff does not have <br />a contract drawn up for your approval at this time. <br />Mr. Dave Anderson: Are these the parcels for the "hole" <br />proje t, or rather the First Bank Project? <br />Mr, E lison: Yes. There are three parcels having to do with <br />the "hole" project which have to be reviewed. The other <br />parce s are North of the "hole ", or in front of the Morris Civic, <br />and two parcels are down in the Block South of Wayne Street near <br />the movie theatre. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Ellison: <br />As I have <br />already stated publicly, the end of the <br />DISCUSSION <br />litigation <br />is certainly <br />significant from the Commission's stand- <br />CONCERNING <br />point <br />The unanimous State Supreme Court decision should <br />"END" OF <br />build <br />public confidence <br />in the Commission's ability to execute <br />LITIGATION <br />the m <br />ll and related projects. <br />It is our desire to proceed in <br />an or <br />erly fashion with <br />the mall project. Certainly the end of <br />the litigation <br />suggests <br />the ability on our part to proceed <br />affir <br />atively to fulfill <br />our obligations to the investors involved <br />with the <br />project. <br />Ms. Dorbeck: How many parcels have you purchased? <br />Mr. Ellison: Six parcels of eighteen. <br />-2- <br />
