APPROVAL, OF MINUTES <br />On motion by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Robinson, and <br />unanimously carried, the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />December 15, 1978, were approved. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Mr. Donaldson made a motion to approve the claims, seconded <br />by Mr. R binson and the motion carried.
