Nunemaker Construction, the low bidder, and asked if there <br />s any further discussion. There being none, the Chair requested <br />vote in favor of the passage of the resolution, and the "Ayes" <br />ere unanimous. Contrary - -none. Motion was carried unanimously <br />o award the Park Railing Contract to G. R. Nunemaker Construction, <br />n bid amount of $996.00, and the President and Secretary be author - <br />zed to enter into and execute said Contract, subject to Legal Counsel <br />pproval, Project Indiana R -66. <br />b. Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 39, Project R-66: The <br />advertisement for invitation for bids appeared in The South Bend <br />Tribune and Tri- County News on September 24 and October 1, 1976. <br />The affidavits of the publication were available for examination <br />at this Commission meeting. <br />.
